The problem
Business decisions are
buried in PDFs.
A supplier sends a quote. A purchase order goes out. Weeks later the invoice arrives. Somewhere between them a number moved, and finding it means two windows, a calculator and a lot of scrolling.
What slips through a manual check
- A quantity that moved from 120 to 126
- A line nobody approved
- Tax charged on a different subtotal
- A payment term that quietly changed

Use cases
The documents that should agree, and often don't.
Pick a pair or let DocGlue detect it. The same engine checks money, quantities, references, dates and wording.
Did the bill match the quote?
Check the invoice before you pay it. DocGlue lines up every quoted line with what was billed and flags anything added.
- Subtotal, tax and total
- Quantity and unit price per line
- Lines on only one document
- Purchase order reference
Example finding
+$1,220.40
Illustrative. Every real finding includes page evidence from both files.
Were you billed for what you ordered?
Match a supplier invoice against the purchase order. Quantities, prices and unordered lines stand out before approval.
- PO number on both documents
- Ordered vs billed quantities
- Unit price changes
- Charges that were never ordered
Example finding
Invoice only
Illustrative. Every real finding includes page evidence from both files.
Compare scope, not just the bottom line.
The cheapest quote is often the one that left something out. DocGlue matches equivalent items and shows what each supplier included.
- Matched items across quotes
- Scope one supplier excluded
- Unit price differences
- Tax and delivery terms
Example finding
Quote B only
Illustrative. Every real finding includes page evidence from both files.
See exactly what changed after approval.
Put the original quote next to the change order or variation and see added, removed and repriced work in one list.
- Added and removed lines
- Repriced lines
- New total against the original
- Reference numbers
Example finding

What wording, fees or dates changed?
Compare the version you reviewed with the version you were sent. Changed clauses are listed section by section, and amounts in them are called out.
- Added, removed and changed wording
- Fees and payment terms
- Dates and notice periods
- Contract reference
Example finding
Changed

Match what arrived with what was billed.
Check a delivery note or receipt against the invoice. Short deliveries and extra charges are easy to miss by eye.
- Delivered vs billed quantities
- Missing or extra items
- Totals and tax
- Document references
Example finding

How it works
Upload. Extract. Compare. Decide.
No templates to build and nothing to train. The first comparison takes about as long as opening the two PDFs.
- 01
Upload
Drop in two related PDFs: a quote and its invoice, two bids, two versions of a contract. Scans and phone photos work too.
- 02
Extract
DocGlue reads the text on every page, reads image-only pages with OCR, and pulls out parties, references, dates, totals and line items.
- 03
Compare
Equivalent fields and lines are matched by meaning: same SKU, same description, same scope. Then every value is checked.
- 04
Decide
Each finding shows both values, the difference and the page it came from. Approve, query the supplier, or export the report.
Workflow
Works the way your documents already work.
Bring the PDFs you already receive. Take the result wherever the decision happens. Planned connections are labelled as planned.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
What is DocGlue?
DocGlue is where a person checks whether a quote, an invoice, a purchase order or a contract still agrees with the document it should match. It lists changed prices, quantities, lines, totals and wording, and shows the page each value came from. DocGlue does not decide for you.
Who is DocGlue for?
Anyone who needs to know whether a later document still matches what was agreed, before they pay, buy or sign. That includes buyers comparing supplier quotes, people checking an invoice against a quote or purchase order, and teams reviewing a change order or a revised contract.
How does DocGlue compare two documents?
Upload two PDFs. DocGlue reads each page, and reads an English scan when a page has no selectable text, up to 6 image pages. It extracts parties, dates, references, totals and line items, then matches them across the two files. The report shows what matches, what changed, what is missing and what it could not confirm, with the page each value came from. The files are discarded when that request finishes.
What is DocGlue not?
DocGlue is not a side-by-side pixel highlighter. It does not paint every moved word or pixel on the page. It compares the prices, quantities, lines, totals and wording of two related documents, and leaves the judgment with you. It is not legal advice and not accounting software.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Comparing and extracting documents is free today with no account and no credit card. Paid Pro and Business plans are described on the pricing page; their higher limits, saved history and team features are marked Planned until they ship.
Can I compare supplier quotes?
Yes. Two quotes can be compared side by side, matched by item, quantity, unit price and total. The multi-quote view compares up to 5 quotes in one matrix and shows what each supplier left out.
Can I extract data without comparing?
Yes. The extraction tool in the workspace reads one PDF and returns parties, references, dates, totals and line items, which you can export as CSV or JSON.
Can I export results?
Yes. Every comparison can be downloaded as a PDF difference report, or exported as CSV for Excel and Google Sheets, or JSON for your own tools.
Is my data safe?
Documents are processed in memory and discarded when the request ends. They are not stored as an archive and not used to train models. DocGlue does not claim certifications it does not hold.
Can I integrate DocGlue with other systems?
Not yet. An API and integrations with accounting and procurement tools are planned. Today you can export CSV and JSON.
